<p></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled <strong>Drone Manufacturing Engineer</strong> to join our production team. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize the assembly and manufacturing processes for our commercial drone fleet. You will bridge the gap between engineering design and full-scale factory production, ensuring our unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) meet strict quality, safety, and performance standards.</p><p>📋 Role Overview</p><p>Department: Manufacturing &amp; Production Engineering</p><p>Employment Type: Full-Time</p><p>Location: On-site / Factory Floor</p><p>Experience Level: Mid-Senior Level (3–5+ years)</p><p>🚀 Key Responsibilities</p><p>Process Optimization: Design and improve production layouts, assembly lines, and workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.</p><p>DFM Collaboration: Work closely with R&amp;D and hardware engineering teams to apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles, ensuring new drone models can be scaled efficiently.</p><p>Tooling &amp; Automation: Specify, procure, and validate manufacturing equipment, custom jigs, fixtures, and automated testing setups.</p><p>Documentation: Create and maintain detailed work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and bill of materials (BOM).</p><p>Quality Assurance: Root-cause analyze production failures, component defects, and yield issues, implementing corrective actions immediately.</p><p>Supply Chain Support: Evaluate vendor components (motors, ESCs, carbon fiber frames, PCBs) for manufacturing readiness and consistency.</p><p>🛠️ Qualifications &amp; Skills</p><p>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.</p><p>Drone Expertise: Deep understanding of UAV architecture, including flight controllers, propulsion systems, telemetry, and payload integration.</p><p>Technical Skills: Proficiency with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or CATIA) and familiarity with PLM systems.</p><p>Manufacturing Knowledge: Experience with injection molding, CNC machining, carbon fiber fabrication, and electronics assembly (PCBA).</p><p>Methodologies: Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma tools, and statistical process control (SPC).</p><p>Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to collaborate across cross-functional engineering teams.</p><p>🎁 What We Offer</p><p></p><ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.</li><li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.</li><li>Hands-on experience with cutting-edge aerospace and robotics technology.</li></ul>
