Drone Pilot Intern – Part-Time

SkyViews Studio is looking for a DGCA-certified Drone Pilot Intern for professional aerial photography and videography assignments across Bengaluru and nearby areas.

This is a part-time, field-based role and not a daily office job. The regular commitment is 5 shoots per month. For each assignment, you will travel to the given location, complete the required drone coverage and return. Including travel and shoot time, most assignments will take approximately 3–4 hours in total.

Stipend: ₹8,000 in hand per month upon successful completion of all 5 assigned shoots. Any qualifying shoots beyond the regular 5 will be paid separately.

You will work on real commercial projects across real estate, construction progress, infrastructure, industrial facilities, hospitality, events and commercial visual production. <p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p><p>* Capture professional 4K aerial video and high-quality photographs. </p><p>* Perform smooth cinematic movements including orbits, reveals, tracking, top-down and establishing shots. </p><p>* Conduct pre-flight checks covering equipment, batteries, weather, airspace and site safety. </p><p>* Follow DGCA regulations, Digital Sky requirements and safe VLOS operating practices. </p><p>* Maintain consistent angles and viewpoints for recurring construction-progress shoots. </p><p>* Review footage before leaving the site to ensure all required shots are captured. </p><p>* Organise, name and upload project files promptly. </p><p>* Communicate professionally with clients, site teams and SkyViews Studio. </p><p><strong> Requirements: </strong></p><p>* Valid DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC). </p><p>* Own or continuous access to a DJI Mini 3 or better/equivalent drone. </p><p>* Minimum 4K 30 FPS recording capability. </p><p>* Applicable UIN/aircraft documentation where required. </p><p>* Complete operational setup including controller, batteries, charger and memory cards. </p><p>* Good manual flying and cinematic composition skills. </p><p>* Understanding of ISO, shutter speed, exposure, white balance, frame rates and gimbal control. </p><p>* Ability to independently travel to assigned locations. </p><p>* Aerial photography portfolio and drone-video/showreel. </p><p><strong> Preferred: </strong></p><p>* 3+ healthy batteries. </p><p>* Own two-wheeler. </p><p>* Valid driving licence. </p><p>* Previous experience with construction, real-estate, industrial, commercial or event shoots. </p><p> The internship is flexible and can be managed alongside college, employment or freelancing. There are no regular office hours; you are primarily required to be available for the assigned shoots.

High-performing interns may be considered for a PPO or continued professional engagement as a Drone Pilot, with opportunities to progress toward Senior/Lead Drone Pilot responsibilities. </p><p><strong>Selection Process: </strong></p><p>Application Screening → RPC &amp; Drone Verification → Portfolio Review → Interview → Practical Flight Test
